Marianna Riggi is an advisor at the Directorate General for Economics, Statistics and Research of the Bank of Italy. Her research interests are in Macroeconomics, mainly Business Cycle, Macro-Labour and Monetary Economics. She was a Visiting Scholar at the Massachussets Institute of Technology and the International Monetary Fund. She earned her PhD in Economics at the University of Rome la Sapienza.
