Karolin is a Policy Analyst in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. She works in the team that analyses long-term care systems and policies and population ageing. More specifically her research focuses on social protection for long-term care, workforce related topics and integrated health and long-term care. She also provides technical support with the implementation of health system reforms. In her previous assignments at the OECD, she analysed the impact of skill demand and supply on labour markets and adult learning systems.
