ZAMBOANGA. The city government of Lamitan, Basilan, launched on Wednesday, December 10, its four-day annual "Handog Pasasalamat for Senior Citizens" program, honoring the elderly with Christmas gifts, a raffle draw, and special recognition for the oldest members of the community.
