This website serves as an archive of evidence of unlawful activities and their impact. It outlines my persistent efforts to seek accountability and resolution through established legal, administrative, and investigative channels.
The crime includes unlawful surveillance, theft, various types of fraud and deceit, biomedical abuse, sexual abuse, child abuse, human trafficking, and murder. I have been aware of, and documenting this crime since January 2014. I have also been attempting to get the US department of justice (police, FBI) to stop the crime and/or protect me from further injury since January 2014. It was only after many years of failure and even retaliation for my attempts to report and appeal that I came to understand that the US Department of Justice is actually running this crime, involving multiple federal agencies, all three branches of government, and all industry and the press, as well as everyday people, many of whom appear not to be aware of the full extent of criminality and damage being caused.
This documentation is presented to provide a clear and factual record of events and patterns associated with this crime, focusing on how it has affected me personally.
My goal in documenting this crime is to stop the crime as soon as possible, and as openly and publicly as possible, in order that damages can be assessed, the appropriate parties assisted and compensated, and other parties held accountable under the law.
Secrecy has done nothing but protect the crime as it facilitates ongoing deceit and injury.

October 8, 2025 - Added "Related Research" section, a subdirectory on Project MKULTRA including a timeline, a section on LSD research (featuring the series of videos I made earlier this summer) and Subproject 119 (also featuring videos, with more to come). All of this is a work in progress that will require additional refinement and building out. This is background information helpful for understanding both the cultural and technological aspects of this crime.

September 6, 2025 - refinements and repair to correspondence 2015. Specifically, repaired a broken link to a Jan 28, 2015 letter to Portland Mayor Hales (JPG) and to excerpts from a letter to Portland Police Chief O'Dea the following March. Also added a summary and additional details section below the correspondence table.
