Historical data listing base URLs of registered data providers at the time of discontinuation is avalable from https://www.openarchives.org/Register/ListFriends.
The list of sites found still to be running OAI-PMH v1.1 on 2002年12月01日 that were purged from the registered list is also available from https://www.openarchives.org/OAI/RejectedSites.
