Primary Points to Note
  1. Notice of electricity usage (meter-reading slip) is not issued as a general rule. Please confirm information on electricity usage and invoice amount under "Electricity Usage Result Inquiry Service(Japanease)*1" on the OEPC website.

  2. Payment method is by "direct debit" or "credit card" as a general rule. When payment by above-mentioned method cannot be made, an invoice will be sent to the Customer so that payment can be made at the service counter.

  3. If notices are issued in paper form, such as the electricity usage by "Meter-Reading Slip" and the billing by "Invoice Statement", paper statement issue fee (220 yen/month for each contract) is added to the electricity charge.

  4. At the time of change from another contract type to Good Value Plan, the start date of application shall be the meter reading day *2 immediately after application date.

    *2 If there is change in meter reading day, starting date of application shall also be in accordance with this date.

  5. Good Value Plan may not be re-contracted when it is less than one year after Good Value Plan has been changed to another contract type.

  6. When payment of charges*3 is still not made 20 days after due date, Power Supply Contract may be canceled*4. Furthermore, when re-contracting after cancellation of Power Supply Contract, Customer must pay full amount of accrued payment.

    *4 Supply of electricity will be discontinued when Power Supply Contract is canceled.
Ee-Home Holiday
This menu is recommended for customers using EcoCute or electric water heaters who are not at home daytime on weekdays and at home daytime on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

(All Electric Home Discount)

  • *Summer Season" refers to the months of July, August and September. "Other Seasons" refers to all other times of the year.
  • *"Daytime" refers to the hours between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., but excludes the applicable hours of the days stipulated in Appendix 4 ("Holidays") of the Ee-Home Service Guidelines.
    "Living Time" refers to 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., but excluding "Daytime" hours.
    "Night Time" refers to the hours other than "Daytime" and "Living Time".
  • *Amount Subject to Discount" means the sum of the basic charge and the energy charge.
  • *The maximum discount for Ee-Plan shall be 3,300円/mo. per contract.
  • *"All Electric" means relying on only electricity for all heating.

  3. This contract requires the installation of a Smart Meter (Recording and Measuring Device). Until the installation of a Smart Meter, the terms and conditions of Ee-Business Contract may be applied.

  4. For a period of the first full year following the start of an Ee-Home Contract, the Ee-Home Holiday contract cannot be switched out for the Ee-Home Flat contract.

  5. Customers presently enrolled under an Ee-Life contract who switch to an Ee-Home contract, may not later switch back to Ee-Life.

  6. This contract shall be applicable to the facilities that serve functions integral to a residence (such as facilities for cooking).

  7. When payment of charges*2 is still not made 20 days after due date, Power Supply Contract may be canceled*3. Furthermore, when re-contracting after cancellation of Power Supply Contract, Customer must pay full amount of accrued payment.

    *3 Supply of electricity will be discontinued when Power Supply Contract is canceled.
Ee-Home Flat
This is a recommended menu for customers who use EcoCute or electric water heaters and use electricity mostly during the day throughout the year.

Time Zone Contracts
This menu is recommended for customers who have a high night time usage rate, such as those using EcoCute or electric water heaters.Electric appliances such as dishwashers and electric rice cookers can be used at low rates by using a timer during night time hours.
