12 December 1943: Launched and christened, sponsored by Mrs. Lester Eisner, Jr., sister-in-law of Lieutenant (junior grade) Eisner

01 January 1944: Commissioned, Lcdr D. McVickar, USNR, in command

05 July 1946: Decommissioned at Green Cove Springs, Fla. after 2 years and 6 months of service

01 March 1951: Transferred (MAP) to Netherlands, renamed MNLMS De Zeeuw (F-810)

07 March 1951: Struck from the NVR

15 December 1967: Returned to U.S. custody

February 1968: Sold, scrapped
