Merge multiple PDB files

REQUIREMENTS: VMD Version 1.8.2 or better
DESCRIPTION:
 Load and merge all of the PDB files in a given directory into a 
 single PSF/PDB combo.
PROCEDURES:
 none
EXAMPLE USAGE:
 Usage: source mergepdbs.tcl
 Output is written to "mergedpdb.psf" and "mergedpdb.pdb"
DOWNLOAD THE FILE:
 mergepdbs.tcl
