Highlight Bases

REQUIREMENTS: VMD Version 1.8 or greater
DESCRIPTION:
	highlight_bases emphasizes nucleic acid bases in DNA.
	It draws tiny squares for each base, with the squares
	color-coded by base type. Warning: This procedure
	does not work for all bases (i.e. due to atom-naming
	conventions)
PROCEDURES:
	highlight_bases - pass the molecule id to it in order
	to draw tiny squares corresponding to each base
EXAMPLE USAGE
	highlight_bases top (draws squares for bases of top
	molecule)
EXAMPLE OUTPUT
	A lines representation of DNA,
	with bases highlighted using highlight_bases
