The Tsukuba Botanical Garden spans approximately 140,000 square meters, condensing natural landscapes and plant diversity. It features outdoor plantings of species from central Japan and other regions, as well as representative plants from tropical, arid, and tropical rainforest areas around the world.
The Institute for Nature Study is located in the heart of metropolitan Tokyo and is a valuable forested green space, an urban oasis where rich nature still remains. It allows visitors to connect with nature and enjoy the changing landscapes and wildlife throughout the four seasons.
