[Jprogramming] "keypos" centering option does not work for inside key

The following two plots are identical:
 'keypos cti;key Dat1 Dat2' plot (],:*:)1 o. i:6j99
 'keypos lti;key Dat1 Dat2' plot (],:*:)1 o. i:6j99
even though the first example is supposed to center the key. If the key is
specified to be outside the plot box, e.g.
 'keypos cto;key Dat1 Dat2' plot (],:*:)1 o. i:6j99
 'keypos lto;key Dat1 Dat2' plot (],:*:)1 o. i:6j99
it is properly centered; using the "c" option returns the same result as
using the "l" option for all the "inside" key variants.
