They're your standard-issued, modern rock radio pop band. They use emotionally pulling vocals to captivate you as they wear their heart on their sleeve and dig up painful memories of love gone bad and romance that just didn't work. But, contained within all of this, the band does indeed serve up some nice pop hooks. Not the most potent or even the hardest hitting, they lay the hooks out there with a secure, easy feeling to them and the heart warming, inviting feel sometimes works and drags you into the songs.
If you like VH-1 style, modern rock pop bands that aren't distinct or that different from the next band, but like the occasional tasty pop hook in your bland diet now and then, this might just do it for you. I'll give it a C.
