Welcome to the 32nd International Conference on Systems Engineering (ICSEng 2025), a flagship scientific event celebrating 51 years of the ICSEng legacy. The 2025 edition is hosted in Warsaw, Poland, by the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology (MUT), continuing our tradition of excellence and innovation in systems engineering.

Since its inception in 1974 in Wrocław, Poland, ICSEng has served as a forum for collaboration, academic exchange, and the advancement of systems engineering research. Founded by Professors Zdzisław Bubnicki, William Wells, and Glyn James, the conference has evolved into a global platform co organized on a rotational basis by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; Toyo University, Tokyo; and now the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, reflecting our commitment to fostering worldwide connections and diverse perspectives.

This year’s program spans the breadth of systems engineering, with sessions on topics including machine learning, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, big data analytics, the internet of things, intelligent systems etc. As we mark this milestone, we look back on past achievements while actively shaping the field’s future.

ICSEng’s reputation is underscored by its indexing in Web of Science, Scopus, and CORE, ensuring that the contributions of our participants reach the global academic and professional communities.
