– Completed or be on track to complete an MFA or PhD in creative writing by August 2025.

The Frances “Frank” Rollin Fellowship is open to all biographers, regardless of their background, who are working on a biography of an African American figure or figures. The fellowship is available to writers at any stage of their project, from conception to completion. A publishing contract is not required for eligibility.

The Fellowship offers a generous award of 5,000ドル to two selected winners. In addition to the monetary prize, the fellowship provides:

]]>The G.A.S. Fellowship Award is open to mid-career fine art visual artists and curators who are nationals of and currently residing in one of the 54 African countries. Applicants must have at least seven years of professional experience in their field and demonstrate a strong track record of exhibitions, projects, or programmes.
Applicants must submit a completed application form, which includes:
– A proposal outlining their project or exhibition concept
– A brief CV
– A reference letter from a senior curator, gallerist, or director of a cultural institution
– A brief proposal (400 words max) detailing their planned contribution to the Ìmòra Arts Intensive (for fine art visual artists)
This program offers two fully-funded six-week residencies at G.A.S. Lagos. The selected artists and curators will receive:
– A 1,750ドル travel allowance
– A 1,000ドル honorarium
– A 1,000ドル stipend for basic living expenses

The Knight Science Journalism fellowship program offers 10 science journalists from around the globe the opportunity to explore science, technology, and the craft of journalism at MIT. Fellows will spend nine months in Cambridge, pursuing a research project, attending seminars, and auditing courses at MIT and Harvard.
To be eligible for a KSJ Fellowship, applicants must:
-Work as full-time journalists, either on staff or as freelancers.
– Possess at least three consecutive years of experience in covering science, health, technology, and environmental reporting.
– Hold positions as reporters, writers, editors, producers, illustrators, filmmakers, or photojournalists
Fellows will receive:
– An 85,000ドル stipend paid out in installments over 9.5 months
– A travel and housing stipend paid near the start of the fellowship
– Basic health insurance for each fellow and their family
Applicants must submit:
– A professional autobiography: Describe, in 500 words or less, why you want to participate in the Knight Science Journalism Fellowship Program and how it fits with your professional goals.
