Customizing Existing National Nuclear Capacity by Building Infrastructure to Support Human Resource Development and Nuclear Knowledge Management Aspects

To support sustainable collaboration between the Bulgarian regulator, nuclear industry, field non-governmental organizations and academia (universities and the Bulgarian Academy of Science) in combating important issues faced by the nuclear sector nationwide, such as: ageing and loss of staff and experts; knowledge transfer and preservation; implementation of advanced IT technologies and applications in nuclear education and science.
