A Utah bigamist has cited the U.S. Supreme Court痴
decision decriminalizing sodomy as reason for his convictions to be
overturned.
Tom Green maintains that if two homosexuals have a right
to privacy the state can稚 violate to enforce laws against homosexual sex,
the state has no business telling him he can稚 be married to five women.
