I listen and hear

This campaign for prevention of hearing diseases among employees by CIOP-PIB (Central Institute for Labor Protection - National Research Institute, Poland) is nationwide and will run from April to December 2025.
It aims to encourage employers to take action to protect their employees' hearing, including by combating noise. By caring for their employees' hearing health, employers improve their well-being, motivation, and work efficiency. Greater awareness of these risks helps build a better safety culture within companies.

Healthy teachers, better schools

The European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) released a special edition of its health and safety magazine "HesaMag", a special report on the topic "Healthy teachers, better schools".
Drawing on field reporting, scientific expertise and trade union insight, the special report paints a troubling picture of a profession under pressure across Europe. It challenges the romanticised idea of teaching as a vocation powered by passion alone, arguing that no job, no matter how meaningful, should come at the cost of one’s health and dignity.
