Solving a challenge problem is worth 100 bonus points (equivalent to one problem set), but more importantly it will give you the eternal admiration of your fellow students and the teacher. Whoever provides the first satisfactory (that means it is worth presenting to the class) answer to a challenge gets the bonus.
