December 23, 2020 AM, CGN New Energy held a Special General Meeting in Hong Kong.
The meeting was about ten approvals, including (i) the continuing connected transactions in relation to the renewal of the financial services framework agreements with CGNPC Huasheng and CGN Finance, respectively; (ii) the continuing connected transactions in relation to the renewal of the operation and management services framework agreements with CGN Solar Energy, CGN Wind Energy, CGN Energy and Huamei Holdings, respectively; and (iii) the connected transactions in relation to the entrusted construction management contract of Rudong offshore wind project and the entrusted construction management contract of Shengsi offshore wind project, etc. All resolutions were passed by the participating independent shareholders.
Mr. Leung Chi Ching Frederick, the independent non-executive director of CGN New Energy chaired the meeting, and Mr. Arthur Lee, the Assistant President and Company Secretary attended the meeting.
