Buttons

When was looking around for Microformat 'buttons' I couldn't find any, so I made some of my own (of course, I've now discovered where the official buttons are kept). While I was at it, I made some standard RSS and ATOM ones too. All of them are 80x15 pixels, apart from two 12x12 icons and some larger 88x31 buttons.

The basic format was lifted from Anti Pixel and the font was taken from Kottke.org.
