Hi,
I want to study the expression pattern of the CNTF receptor on a single
neuron, for example, if growth cones have them, or axon shaft. The quantity
fo the receptor is believed less than 1 nmol/cm2 membrane. How can I see
them under fluorescent microscope? Any suggession?
