Hi
Somebody has experience using the Isotyping antibody of Sigma, 
because we have non reproducible results using the instruction of 
commercial house, or it is necesary to adapt to our conditions with 
serum of mouse.
The titer of antibodies are hight, the order are of 10, 000.
Please send me sugestions about, Santiago
