Sephadex separation of trypanosomes in specimens of blood and CSF

Hello Netters,
I read that Sephadex separation of trypanosomes in specimens of blood and
CSF permits the detection of very small numbers of trypanosomes. However, I
can't find a method for the separation. If you know how to do it please
