Disulfide reduction with TCEP

Does anybody have experience with using tris-(2-carboxyethyl) phosphine (TCEP)
or other phosphines for reduction of disulfide bonds in proteins.
Is the reagent easy to handle?
What protocol do you use:
1. n(TCEP):n(protein -SS-)
2. temperature
3. time
4. pH
