Hi,
I am a developer in china.we are preparing for a WAP website.
Chinese words should transform to UTF-8 ,then they can be showed
correctly in wap mobile.
our website platform is Sybase/PowerDynamo/Netscape WWW server, the
Powerdynamo hasn't apply method transform,it only can transform
chinese words to 'ISO Latin-1',but how to transform 'ISO Latin-1 '
to UTF-8???
