Responsible for managing the University of Oxford’s estate within Oxfordshire. There are over 260 buildings used for teaching, research, administration, sport, libraries, museums and ceremonial events.

The team also maintains the University statutes and regulations, oversees the University's trusts, congregation and convocation elections. It is also home to Focus, Oxford's change and continuous improvement team.
