Last week:

- Updated user guide to reflect changes in Longwell 2.0 (but nothing
on Fresnel at the moment besides a pointer to the Fresnel user
guide).

- Fixed dependence on including rdf:type explicitly for Fresnel
formats.

- Updated demos to address above fix and other suggestions.

- Started thinking about and writing a bit of code for a UI for
user control over Fresnel.

This week:

- More thinking, more writing code on last point above.
