How have you arrived at the definitive "cannot" in regards to what I 
refer to as data de-silo-fication, across the same or disparate 
organizations? I have successfully addressed the aforementioned issue 
via the combined use of ontologies and RDF language based Linked Open Data.  (03)
My work (and that of others that subscribe to the same doctrine) is 
available for general use, by clicking on live links. The work in 
question is based on open standards.  (04)
