The Fed has released the code for one of their modeling systems.

The website contains the .zip file and a link to the explanatory documentation:
The model is designed for use with EViews (.com) which is a commercial package

This is a step to improve openness at the Fed and it the model is published along with an appropriate caveat.
I am assuming that because this is identified as the "US" model, there are others available. Speculate at will.
