I would choose "Open source with attribution". Not sure of the exact 
words, but there is a set of choices which would allow you to say that 
people can use it for applications which are either free or commercial 
provided that they attribute the original source. I think there is a 
menu of such options somewhere with appropriate wording.  (01)
