Two things  (01)
1) Read Schumpeter - advances in productivity occur as one
organization supplants an older less productive / less relevant
organization. Don't wait for the manager to like an ontology, take the
market share with your better form of business - it's faster. (I think
there is a recent publication from a Federal Reserve about this, but I
can't find it - sorry)  (02)
2) When you know what you're doing, it is elegant. When you know
somebody that knows what they are doing, it is simple. When you don't,
it is magic.  (03)
guess which one the iPhone is for most consumers...  (04)
