Mongolia Hosts the National Training on Strengthening Country-Level Inter-Agency Coordination on Trade of Mercury

A two-day national training in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia focused on strengthening country-level inter-agency coordination concerning the trade of mercury. The training emphasized developing country-specific strategies, enhancing inter-agency coordination, and utilizing forensic and risk assessment tools to identify and prevent the illegal trade of mercury.

Malé Declaration - Ambition to Action Workshop Successfully Conducted in Thailand

Key discussions included the Think Piece (Vision Paper), the Strategies and Work Programme for the Next Phase, and, in particular, the Scoping Study commissioned by SACEP to support the revival of the Malé Declaration.

Strengthening Climate Resilience: Asia-Pacific Regional Workshop Advances National Adaptation Planning (NAP)

The three-day "Regional Training Workshop on National Adaptation Plan: Strengthening Capacity for Multi-Sectoral Inclusion in the NAP Process" brought together approximately 30 climate change professionals, policy makers, adaptation planners and youth involved in climate action from ten countries across the Asia-Pacific region. The workshop served as a strategic platform for capacity building, peer exchange, and regional cooperation in support of robust and inclusive NAP development and implementation.

Regional Training Workshop on Building Capacity for Green Climate Fund (GCF) Concept Note Development in Central, South, and Southeast Asia
