[Microformats-dev] X2V and ISO dates

X2V should now accept dates with and without '-' for date seperators and
':' for time seperators. If anyone has any problems please contact me.
One thing i had to build in was support for people taking shortcuts and
NOT specifing seconds on the time and time-zone. You actually NEED
something like
2005年01月01日T00:00:00+063000
most people will omit the seconds, so X2V checks and pads with zeros as
needed. There could potentially be problems with people adding
something past seconds (microsecond or something), i'm not sure how X2V
would react. Probably just make an invalid UTC timestamp.
