We regret any inconvenience the recent suspension of trade in tasks may have caused teachers and schools. We look forward to supporting your professional development, and looking after you with a wide ranges of resources, through 2012 and beyond.

1. We are no longer in a position to process Maths300 membership requests in conjunction with other Mathematics Centre orders. Maths300 membership should be obtained separately, directly from the supplier, Education Services Australia. This is especially important for orders involving Maths With Attitude. You will need to quote your Maths300 membership number when ordering Maths With Attitude kits.

2. Task Centre Kit for Aboriginal Students has been discontinued, but a collection of classroom wisdom related to involving Indigenous students in mathematics learning remains available through our Indigenous Students link (see Link List below). This link includes a list of mainstream tasks equivalent to those that were in the discontinued kit.

3. Library Kit for Home Lending has been discontinued, but the collected wisdom of practice related to Maths Around The Kitchen Table remains available. Almost any task can be used for this purpose and the link includes a sample selection based on the discontinued kit. See Link List below.

4. Poly Plug, Professor Morris Puzzles, Sphinx, Tricubes, Trisquares, Rotagrams, Pentagon Triangles, Pyramid Puzzle, 3d Geoshapes, wooden cubes and a broad range of other materials to support learning to work like a mathematician are unaffected and remain available from our Distribution Centre. Some of these items are unique to Mathematics Centre.
