[LOGic] Misc. Stuff RE 2 MONITORS

OK I pulled the main LOGIC window down to Monitor #1 and kept the SPOTLOG
window up on Monitor #2.
Restarted various sources for spotlog data, watched a refresh, then brought
mouse onto window and was able to scroll up/down among spots with no
problems.
Was this what you wanted me to do?

For a test, can you temporarily pull the spot log out of the main window,
set it for "IN DESKTOP", then move the main window to monitor #1 leaving the
spot log in #2, then fill it with spots and, finally try scrolling with the
mouse wheel after clicking on the spot log to make it active??
