[LOGic] Mass Changes in the Log

The HELP file has some information about how to make mass changes to your log. I can access DataBase Commands under Tools, Advanced, DataBase Commands.
What I would like to do is to clear all the Contest ID fields in the log.
Can someone tell me what to type into the Command window to do that?
Then do I select the DataBase Files, Mass Change, Replace Field Contents?
