[LOGic] LOTW in version 7

I am useing logic8 and I still cant get in to LOTW the way I always have
at the top of the page I clicked on (QSL)that would give me (up export and
upload qso's to lotw.) then I went to (open LOTW site in Browser)
but now it gives the arrl page and tells me the page not found
