[LOGic] QRZ XML lookup

It looks like the QRZ subscription service is not working. According to
Fred:

"We would like to move the new version online ASAP. It is forward compatible
with the current version, however, in some preliminary testing I noticed
that several sites using the XML data started failing.
I don't know how these sites are parsing the XML but they need to make sure
that unknown fields are ignored, and that known fields may arrive in any
order, or may be absent. Most XML parsing libraries take care of this
implicitly. If you're hand-parsing the XML then you should look into using a
library method."

Anyone else having trouble with the subscription lookup??
