[LOGic] LOGic 8.0.96 update for you all to test

As a long time Logic user I agree, I use it all the time, it puts 
things like county, grid square, zones, etc in the log allowing 
tracking of that data. Logic is a very powerful and feature laden 
program that we gladly pay for.
There are many less powerful free programs for those who don't require 
or particularly care for some of the features Logic provides.
I like it as it is, if in the future on line services decide to 
prohibit all but subscribers to access their info I suspect 
alternative methods will spring up to fill the gap.
