[LOGic] LOGic 8 Awards update messages

Hello,
I imported my latest LoTW QSL's and ran my Awards Update. At the end of the report, I get a window that shows HI3A (2 QSO's in 2008) rejected because NA-966 not in the IOTA list.
I can not find where NA-966 is in my IOTA list. When I look at my log, I don't see the IOTA in my main log window. 
How do I reconcile these 2 records? By the way, I've worked HI3A three other times in 2006 and those other contacts do show up on this list.
