That would be neat, but one would have to be 100% sure the database was
"perfect" (yes, I know, no such thing).
More than once, I have installed the latest tables from the LOGIC server,
only to find out that I have overwritten my tables with data that was less
accurate than my own.
My take-away from this thread is that the automation and hosting from the
LOGIC server "would be nice", but ultimately the responsibility is on the
individual users to do their own research and be responsible for maintaining
their own tables. For some, that may be routine, for others it may be too
big a time committment, too big a learning curve, lack of familiarity with
database manipulation, etc.
For me, I'm kind of in the middle...I can do the tasks, but would much
prefer to use the power tool and not have an on-going maintenance project.
