[LOGic] DXCC Challenge Award Report

Does anyone know which report will print QSL cards that I need to submit to
DXCC desk for the DX Challenge Award? I would not want to send those already
confirmed and submitted to ARRL or those confirmed by LOTW. I always use
'DXCCSUB:' to indicate cards submitted in the past, but I don't do that for
LOTW confirmations.

If no report available, has someone made one that they can share with me?
