[LOGic] Not found In ARRL Section

No I really don't know how to fix it. I am not even sure what you are 
talking about. I assume that MD is the state abbreviation. In the filter 
(the little Funnel) if you click on it and then run down the list of 
field names on the left you will come to one that says ARRL Sect. For 
some of them you can type in the State abbreviation like SD and get a 
couple of hits. But, for other State abbreviations you get no hits at 
all so I don't have a clue what that error message means.
