[LOGic] Frequency in Logbook

Also, callsigns come in different lengths and numbers of characters. How
would Logic know that you have finished entering the call unless you did
something different, like hit TAB to go to the next field?
Real time means pretty much that you don't have to type in the time or
frequency manually.

Depends on how you define it...
I've been using Logic for a few years now... and I seem to remember I
noticed the same thing when I first used it... (I was in the habit of
pressing enter instead of tab because of my former program) but entering
the the call and pressing tab becomes second nature after a few weeks.
There hasn't been any requests for Dennis to change it... I'm sure he
could if there was a demand for it.
