[LOGic] How do you "clean" multiple instances of Logic after
maintenance upgrade?

I'm using Logic 8 for my personal log, club log, Navy MARS log and CAP log. I do this by running an "instance" of logic8 for each call so I can have four log screens available at once.
The problem is, how do you run a "clean" against a specific "instance"? I just got around to performing my first upgrade to my initial Logic 8 installation. I had version 8.0.33 installed and ran the upgrade to 8.0.78. Trouble is, when I went to run my logs, they were filled with errors, indexes not set, files not found, field errors etc. Recommendation was to run a "clean". Running clean didn't work because it only runs a "clean" of the main logdata subdirectory, ie C:\logic8\logdata. My system is set up with separate subdirectories as follows: C:\logic8\W2EC\logdata, another for C:\logic8\WA2TTX\logodata, etc for each "instance" that I need to run.
Fortunately I had backed my logic system up so I am back to running Logic8.0.33 until I can figure out how to install 8.0.78 and run a "clean" against each logbook "instance" so things are working again under the latest upgrade.
