[LOGic] NIST Time Server Access

The question is not "what other program can I download" but how can I
use Logic?
I'm far from a computer expert Bob, but it seems to me it is an issue
with the router security protocols.
What doesn't make sense is that you can connect to the cluster but
not to the time standard. Like I said, I have no idea where to send
you to look for the conflict.
