[LOGic] DX SUMMIT SPOTTING

OK I'm trying this now...some spots are going to the SPOT LOG window, others
aren't, not sure why.
So...if one wasn't on for several days they could go to Web Cluster DX
SUmmit, and download the last 1000 spots, then switch to TELNET and have the
most recent spots hit the SPOT LOG?
