[LOGic] DX SUMMIT SPOTTING

I use the telnet1 or telnet2 windows and connect to the local cluster.
It works like a charm. I have never tried the DXSummit windows. There is
an extensive list of telnet cluster sites in a pull down menu in the
telnet windows.
