[LOGic] RE: Prefixes and misc numbers

After I sent this email, I found the prefix update link. However, after
running it, there is still no misc number for Chesterfield Is (FK-C).

This is completely bizarre. I have two entries in my prefix and list tables 
for Montenegro (4O), one with the start/end date, and one with the new start
date. One gives a MISC number of 75 and the other of 336. Neither, then, is 
514. What gives???
