[LOGic] Tables Update for FJ

Just did some more snooping.
To be more accurate, my prior edit to add FJ DXCC list remained after the 
latest download from the LOGIC http site. However, the edits to add a new FJ 
entry to the PREFIX TABLE (plus associated edites to old FS listing) were 
overwritten from the download.
I QSL Hank Phillips' comments that another manual edit should make things 
right (thanks Hank!).
